Orders typically take 5-15 business days to arrive. Biolockbag offers free shipping on all orders over $80 USD. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Orders
A valid phone number and email address are required for international shipments. Failure to provide this information may result in delays or delivery issues. Ensure accurate details are entered during checkout to avoid complications.
Language Requirements
If the billing language or shipping address is not in English, your order may be delayed or canceled.
Customs & Duties
Biolockbag does not assume any customs duties or import taxes. Customers are responsible for contacting us to arrange reshipment if a package is rejected for any reason. Rejected orders will not be refunded.

Return Policy
Eligible for Return
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in resellable condition, and returned in their original packaging with all labels and seals intact.
- Bundle deals are eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items
